一、崗位要求

1.數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)與數(shù)據(jù)庫、人工智能、深度學(xué)習(xí)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的博士；

2.熟悉機器學(xué)習(xí)（例如，深度學(xué)習(xí)，神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法等）模型，具備相關(guān)模型開發(fā)能力，有基因組學(xué)背景優(yōu)先考慮；

3.曾在國際雜志以第一作者（含共同）發(fā)表文章，具有獨立的思考和縝密的邏輯思維，敢于探索新方法和技術(shù)；

4.在本領(lǐng)域具有良好的學(xué)科背景、研究積累以及創(chuàng)新研究思路，有堅實的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)；

5.有志于長期從事科學(xué)研究，有責任心與團隊合作精神；

6.較為良好的英語溝通和寫作能力。

二、工作內(nèi)容

利用機器學(xué)習(xí)算法開展基因組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工作，開發(fā)基因組分析算法。結(jié)合比較基因組及進化生物學(xué)，利用大模型及機器學(xué)習(xí)開展基因型與表型比較研究，有眾多課題可供選擇。課題將在浙江大學(xué)生命演化研究中心張國捷教授團隊及阿里巴巴葉杰平團隊共同指導(dǎo)下開展。兩個團隊已經(jīng)組織開展了多項基因組學(xué)領(lǐng)域前沿研究，收集了海量的基因組及表型數(shù)據(jù)，在基因組學(xué)及人工智能領(lǐng)域強強聯(lián)合，期待您的加盟。

requirements:

1. a ph.d. in fields related to data science, artificial intelligence, deep learning is required.

2. familiar with machine learning models, such as deep learning, neural network algorithms, etc., with the ability to develop related models. candidates with a background in genomics are preferred.

3. have published papers as first author or co-first author in international journals, with independent thinking ability, and be able to explore new methods and technologies.

responsibilities:

the position involves using machine learning algorithms to carry out genomic data mining and developing new genomic analysis algorithms. the candidate will integrate machine learning methods with large-scale genomic data to build the link between genotype and phenotype. there will be many research topics to choose from. the topic will be jointly guided by professor guojie zhang's team at the center for evolutionary & organismal biology at zhejiang university and dr. jieping ye's team at alibaba. these two teams have already carried out cutting-edge research in genomics, collected large amounts of data, and developed new models for genomic data mining. we look forward to your joining us.
