任職要求

取得國(guó)內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,具有國(guó)際高水平大學(xué)助理教授或副教授相當(dāng)學(xué)術(shù)水平;為所從事研究領(lǐng)域的青年拔尖人才,有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人的發(fā)展?jié)摿?,原則上能獨(dú)立發(fā)展一個(gè)符合學(xué)科發(fā)展要求的學(xué)術(shù)方向;自然科學(xué)領(lǐng)域年齡一般在35周歲左右,人文社科領(lǐng)域年齡可適當(dāng)放寬(原則上不超過40周歲)。

任職要求

35周歲以下,近年內(nèi)獲得博士學(xué)位,品學(xué)兼優(yōu);具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿蛧?guó)際視野,能全職來校工作。

工作和生活待遇

學(xué)校與政府主管部門、各優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科、合作導(dǎo)師、校地合作平臺(tái)等協(xié)同構(gòu)建博士后資助體系,實(shí)施分類資助,特別優(yōu)秀者應(yīng)發(fā)年薪在40萬元以上。

5.暢通的職業(yè)發(fā)展

入校后確定為助理研究員,符合條件者推薦申報(bào)國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才計(jì)劃(項(xiàng)目),進(jìn)站工作滿2年可申請(qǐng)高級(jí)職稱資格,出站可優(yōu)先申請(qǐng)學(xué)校教學(xué)科研崗位。

6.靈活的在站時(shí)間

博士后研究人員在站時(shí)間由招收學(xué)院(系)、合作導(dǎo)師和博士后根據(jù)研究項(xiàng)目需要在2-4年內(nèi)靈活確定。

6. flexible research term

after submission

通過初審者會(huì)被邀請(qǐng)參加視頻面試或來杭交流,發(fā)送申請(qǐng)郵件后4周內(nèi)完成初審工作,6周內(nèi)未收到回復(fù)可認(rèn)為是未通過初選。歡迎來電、來信垂詢。
