浙江大學(xué)-時(shí)代天使智慧醫(yī)療聯(lián)合研究中心因科研工作需要，向國內(nèi)外公開招聘2-4名博士后科研人員，開展包括人工智能、智慧醫(yī)療、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)壓縮、醫(yī)療影像分析、腦科學(xué)等多方面的研究工作，歡迎優(yōu)秀青年科研人才加盟。

一、中心簡介

浙江大學(xué)-時(shí)代天使智慧醫(yī)療聯(lián)合研究中心是由浙江大學(xué)和上海時(shí)代天使公司于2020年12月共同建立的校企聯(lián)合研究中心。 聯(lián)合研究中心聚焦人工智和機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)前沿方向，結(jié)合口腔醫(yī)學(xué)開展深入交叉研究，致力于打造智能化的臨床診斷技術(shù)，提供高水平的智能化醫(yī)療服務(wù)。聯(lián)合研究中心依托于浙江大學(xué)-伊利諾伊大學(xué)厄巴納香檳校區(qū)聯(lián)合學(xué)院（zju-uiuc institute），與uiuc、新加坡國立大學(xué)、新加坡科技設(shè)計(jì)大學(xué)等海外高校保持長期密切合作關(guān)系。聯(lián)合研究中心由浙江大學(xué)李爾平教授（ieee fellow）擔(dān)任中心主任，劉佐珠研究員擔(dān)任副主任，具備良好的科研環(huán)境和工作氛圍。

二、招聘條件

1.熱愛科研工作，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和良好的溝通能力，對人工智能、智慧醫(yī)療、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺、信號處理、多模態(tài)、腦科學(xué)等研究方向有強(qiáng)烈興趣。

2.具有海內(nèi)外知名高?；蚩蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)計(jì)算機(jī)、電子、醫(yī)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，也歡迎即將畢業(yè)的在讀博士提交申請。

3.近五年內(nèi)以第一作者發(fā)表過高水平論文。

4.較強(qiáng)的英語溝通和表達(dá)能力。

5.身心健康，年齡在35周歲以下。

6.有醫(yī)療影像分析、多模態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)融合、深度神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)壓縮、腦科學(xué)等相關(guān)方向的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮（非必須）。

三、工作內(nèi)容

合作導(dǎo)師：劉佐珠、胡浩基、李爾平、zhipei-liang（美國uiuc）

任職時(shí)間：2-3年，參加劉佐珠博士與zhipei liang教授合作項(xiàng)目的博士后研究員可以安排前往美國uiuc訪學(xué)1年。

崗位職責(zé)：開展深度學(xué)習(xí)、智慧醫(yī)療、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺等方向科研工作，申報(bào)基金項(xiàng)目，協(xié)助指導(dǎo)學(xué)生，根據(jù)浙江大學(xué)博士后管理規(guī)定完成相應(yīng)的考核任務(wù)。

工作地點(diǎn)：浙江大學(xué)海寧國際校區(qū)或玉泉校區(qū)（校園環(huán)境優(yōu)美生活便利）

四、工作待遇

1.年薪約25-35萬人民幣，中心還將根據(jù)錄用人員實(shí)際業(yè)績進(jìn)行額外獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。按照浙江大學(xué)博士后相關(guān)管理規(guī)定提供工資和福利待遇，繳納醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)和公積金。

2.課題組為錄用者提供一流的工作和科研環(huán)境，支持申報(bào)博士后科學(xué)基金以及其他國家和地方科研項(xiàng)目，鼓勵(lì)參加高水平的學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議。

4.可以申請杭州市相關(guān)人才計(jì)劃。入站博士后一般為e類人才計(jì)劃，博士后出站如留杭工作可申請d類人才計(jì)劃，入選者可享受人才購房搖號傾斜和購房補(bǔ)貼等政策。

5.協(xié)助申請浙江大學(xué)助理研究員職務(wù)，博士后到站時(shí)間滿三年可以申報(bào)浙江大學(xué)高級技術(shù)職務(wù)任職資格，博士后出站考核優(yōu)異者可優(yōu)先應(yīng)聘學(xué)校各類教師和研究崗位，具體參照浙江大學(xué)相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

6.博新計(jì)劃入選者還將提供額外的工資和科研補(bǔ)貼。

3.eligibility

1.have passion for research, be responsible, have a spirit of teamwork and good communication skills. strong interest in artificial intelligence, intelligent healthcare, computer vision, signal processing, multimodal learning, brain science and other related research directions.

2.ph.d. degree (graduated or will defense soon) in computer science, electrical engineering, statistics, and other related fields.

3.a good publications list at the last 5 years.

4.strong english communication skills.

6.research background in medical image analysis, multimodal learning, deep neural network compression, brain science etc. (not necessary, but strongly preferred)

4.job description

supervisors: prof. liu zuozhu, prof. hu haoji, prof. li erping, porf. zhipei-liang (uiuc,usa)

duration: 2-3 years. postdoctoral researchers in the collaborative project between dr. zuozhu liu and professor zhipei liang could visit uiuc for 1 year.

responsibilities: carry out research work in the fields of deep learning, intelligent healthcare, computer vision, etc.; apply for research projects; supervise students, complete corresponding assessment tasks according to zhejiang university postdoctoral management regulations.

location: haining international campus or yuquan campus ofzhejianguniversity(beautiful campuses)

5.wages and benefits

1.the annual salary ranges from rmb 250,000 to rmb 350,000, and bonus will be awarded based upon performance. providing salary and benefits, medical care, endowment insurance and provident fund in accordance with thezhejianguniversitypostdoctoral management regulations.
