Duties and Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)Personnel and Training 1. Establish and manage Beauty Training Team; establish management mechanism for the team. 2. Provides guidance, motivation, performance review to Beauty Training Team, to maintain and enhance competency level. 3. Oversee workloads and provides supervision to ensure that work is done accurately, efficiently and complies with company policies, procedures and standards as well as best working practices. 4. Identify and analyze beauty training demands, work closely with academy to develop and deliver annual training programs for Beauty Team. 5. Analyze and summarize training effect, update training record. 6. Setting SBAS/BAS monthly training targets and plan.Sales and Operation 1. Align with market strategy, Assist to drive monthly sales plan and promotion plan in order to maximize product penetration , market share, sales volume and profitability. ？ Branding and Marketing 2. Conduct regional market research and analysis, collect information of competitors and products to offer effective suggestion to marketing team accordingly. 3. Assist regional branding program to improve the brand image in region.Qualifications任職資格 1. College graduate or above degree holder with good command of English and PC skills. 2. At least 5 years’ experience in cosmetic training. 3. Strong marketing sense and commercial sense. 4. Good strategy and planning skills.5. Understand the figure well and have strong analysis skill. 6. Strong communication skills both in verbal and writing. 7. Advance level of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects. 8.
