工作職責

* Responsible for overall production management in manufacturing process by
setting the production objectives, strategies and plans to meet the PS KPIs,
business priorities and customer needs.
* Ensure all documents used in formulation area comply with CGMP, internal
and external regulation, HSE regulation and registered dossiers.
* Ensure all production activities in formulation area comply with defined
process and standard. Make sure the products meet the quality standards.
* Continuously improve the processes to achieve a higher Quality, HSE
standard and optimize cost, lead time and flexibility.
* Accountable for cost control in the area including material, investment in
assets, personnel cost etc. to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the
spending
* Responsible for team set-up, resource allocation, performance management
and people development to ensure team's productivity and capabilities can meet
the business needs.
* Provide solution to ensure the new product introduction could meet quality,
compliance and cost requirement.
* Ultimately responsible for the responsible area HSE performance; Support
HSE activities followed internal
