GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION：
SPM takes the overall owner of software delivery in the project, responsible for software project management, manages the software change and release management, configuration management, software risk and issue management etc., responsible for software application engineering activities and deliverables, tracks the software strategy and trend of customers, etc.
SPM shall take all the listed responsibilities and activities but not limited.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Software Project Management activities and responsibilities:
1) Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, closure of a project for software release;
2) Initiate project transfer and handover as required;
3) Forecast and maintain the software engineering activities in View Forecast system;
4) Manage and track ESSE Process Measurement
