因課題研究需要,廣西大學(xué)亞熱帶作物基因組資源和信息安全團(tuán)隊(duì)招聘優(yōu)秀博士后3-5名。團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)研究主要方向?yàn)閬啛釒е匾r(nóng)作物和經(jīng)濟(jì)作物的遺傳育種、多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)分析工具開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建以及廣西生物信息安全,包括但不限于作物響應(yīng)生物/非生物脅迫、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及基因組學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)、表觀組學(xué)、表型組學(xué)和其他多組學(xué)研究。
課題組簡(jiǎn)介:
團(tuán)隊(duì)目前有5位教師,均為211和985高校的博士,大多具有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷,其中教授3名(其中國(guó)家級(jí)人才稱號(hào)1名,省級(jí)人才稱號(hào)1名),副教授2名,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員來自廣西大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院和農(nóng)學(xué)院。目前有博士后5名,博士生10名,碩士生20名。依托在亞熱帶生物資源保護(hù)和利用國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和廣西甘蔗重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員以第一或者通訊作者在nature genetics, nature plants, nature communications, pnas, molecular plant, plant cell, plant physiology, plant journal, plant biotechnology journal, journal of experimental botany, green chemistry, gcb bioenergy, biomass and biotechnology等國(guó)內(nèi)外主流期刊發(fā)表重要研究論文近150篇。團(tuán)隊(duì)氣氛和諧,團(tuán)結(jié)友愛,科研活動(dòng)活躍,勇于創(chuàng)新,2021年上半年已發(fā)表sci論文近20篇。廣西大學(xué)是國(guó)家雙一流建設(shè)高校,擁有世界級(jí)的研究平臺(tái)和優(yōu)美的校園環(huán)境;團(tuán)隊(duì)目前擁有生物信息分析平臺(tái)、完善的科研儀器設(shè)備和充足的經(jīng)費(fèi),為博士后的科學(xué)研究和生活提供了保障。
研究方向:
團(tuán)隊(duì)目前以擬南芥、水稻、高粱、甘蔗和廣西特色植物作為主要研究對(duì)象,已經(jīng)開展的工作有:作物3d基因組研究,甲基化修飾表觀基因組;植物基因組學(xué)與基因組進(jìn)化;亞熱帶作物和微生物資源基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組、代謝組和表型組計(jì)劃和數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建;蛋白質(zhì)互作和轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控的全基因組篩選;植物和微生物的互作和分子機(jī)理及其利用;原生質(zhì)體再生體系、轉(zhuǎn)化和體細(xì)胞融合以及細(xì)胞壁重建機(jī)理;甘蔗組學(xué)和細(xì)胞壁及維管束合成調(diào)控機(jī)理及莖稈理化性質(zhì)的關(guān)系;亞熱帶農(nóng)林廢棄物的高值化利用;健康土壤、生物基肥、智慧農(nóng)業(yè)和循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)的研究。目前和浙江大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、華中科技大學(xué)、福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)科院深圳基因組所、韶關(guān)學(xué)院、廣西農(nóng)科院微生物所、甘蔗所和植保所等單位實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立了合作關(guān)系。
崗位待遇:
薪酬福利:
1.全脫產(chǎn)博士后年薪為稅前不低于21萬元;
2.按有關(guān)規(guī)定為全脫產(chǎn)博士后繳納社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)或購買商業(yè)保險(xiǎn);
3.博士后可享受廣西自治區(qū)博士后專項(xiàng)補(bǔ)貼每年5萬元左右(資助期兩年);若獲廣西自治區(qū)“桂博新計(jì)劃”,補(bǔ)貼增至10萬元/年;
4.學(xué)校為自主招收的全脫產(chǎn)博士后提供10萬元科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi);
5.博士后可申請(qǐng)廣西科技基地和人才專項(xiàng),入選者獲專項(xiàng)基金10萬元;
6.課題組鼓勵(lì)、指導(dǎo)博士后申報(bào)廣西科技廳相關(guān)基金、國(guó)家博士后基金、國(guó)家“博新計(jì)劃”和國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等項(xiàng)目;
7.為全脫產(chǎn)博士后提供24個(gè)月的學(xué)校公租住房,免租金;
8.全脫產(chǎn)博士后的子女入學(xué)、入園與我校事業(yè)編制教職工子女入學(xué)、入園一樣享受我校優(yōu)質(zhì)的中小幼教育資源。

3.35周歲以下,獲得博士學(xué)位一般不超過3年(年齡根據(jù)實(shí)際情況可放寬到38歲);
4.全脫產(chǎn)從事博士后研究工作,人事檔案須轉(zhuǎn)入廣西大學(xué)。
